How long will my order take to ship?
We know the importance of a fast smooth transaction. In most cases your order will ship the same day. We ship Monday-Friday.
Where do your products ship from?
All our products are in stock and ship directly from the USA. We have multiple warehouses scattered around the country.
What is your return/refund policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (some exceptions apply, see Non Returnable items section below). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include all the accessories received with the item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Most refunds are processed within a week of the item being received back at the warehouse. In some cases refunds may take longer depending on the reason.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
We charge restocking fees accordingly on Unwanted and Undeliverable returns.

There are never any restocking fees on verified damaged or defective products, or if we make a mistake and send the wrong product.
Types of Returns and What to Expect
Unwanted - You will be refunded the item cost only. (All other fees are non refundable)
Returned to Sender - You will be refunded the item cost only. (All other fees are non refundable)
Lost in Transit- We will initiate a claim with the carrier, if the item is found/delivered to customer the claim will be closed, If the carrier approves the claim then you will receive a refund.
Defective - You will receive a refund, and then you can choose if you would like to purchase a replacement to send to your customer.
Damaged - Damages must be reported within 7 days of package delivery. We will initiate a damage claim with the carrier. You will need to provide proof of the damage (usually photo(s) will be requested) If the claim is approved by the carrier, you will receive a refund. Damaged shipments must be available for inspection by the carrier at the original delivery address or your claim will be denied.
Missing Part(s) - In most cases we will get the warehouse to send the missing part(s).
Not as Described - If a product arrives not as described, we will review it on a case by case basis and may ask for additional information, if the item is found to actually be "Not as Described" we will issue a prepaid return label, and you will receive a refund.
